Spring Institute Dates & Scholarship Information

If you are interested in attending Iowa AEYC’s Spring Institute, please fill out the scholarship application below by January 23, 2026. If awarded, the scholarship will cover all expenses associated with attending Spring Institute: registration, mileage, and hotel (for those traveling 120 miles or more). This scholarship does not cover income loss for missing employment to attend the Institute.

The dates for the 2026 Spring Institute are Friday, May 1 – Saturday, May 2. Applicants may choose if they would like to attend one or both days of the Institute.

Please note acceptance of applications is not guaranteed. If you are chosen for this scholarship, you will receive follow-up information from Iowa AEYC regarding additional details by no later than early February 2026.

I understand that if I am awarded this scholarship but am unable to attend the institute, I must notify Iowa AEYC by April 23, 2026. I also understand that failure to do so, after a hotel room has been reserved on my behalf, will require me to reimburse Iowa AEYC for the cost of the hotel room.(Required)
