About NAEYC’s Annual Conference
NAEYC’s Annual Conference gathers thousands of early care and education professionals from around the globe to connect, collaborate, and learn together. There are many topic tracks to choose from, including advocacy, play, family engagement, social and emotional development, and many more.
Annual Conference Dates & Scholarship Information
The dates for the 2025 Annual Conference are Wednesday, November 19 – Saturday, November 22. The Iowa AEYC team will fly on Tuesday, November 18 and return November 22 at the conclusion of the conference.
If you are interested in attending NAEYC’s Annual Conference, please fill out Iowa AEYC’s scholarship application below by July 3. If awarded, the scholarship will cover expenses associated with attending the Annual Conference: registration, mileage, airfare, meals, hotel, and membership (for non-members). This scholarship does not cover income loss for missing employment to attend the forum. Any incurred mileage will be reimbursed after the conference has concluded.
Please note that funds are limited and not every application will be awarded a scholarship. If you are chosen for this scholarship, you will receive follow-up information from Iowa AEYC regarding additional details in July.
