IMPORTANT: This form is to schedule a class on i-PoWeR by assigned PD Organizational Manager. Reminder emails and enrollment lists are available upon request. Attendance must be provided to PD Organizational Manager to process and provide certificates. Participants must attend entire class or series for credit, partial credit not permitted. All certificates will be provided by Iowa AEYC, outside certificates are prohibited.
