Here are the documents you should take the time to collect, both from your program and from yourself, before started the T.E.A.C.H. application:
- A Copy of your program’s HHS license or registration certificate
- A Copy of your program’s QRS/IQ4K certificate (if applicable)
- A Copy of your program’s NAEYC/NAFCC accreditation (if applicable)
- A form of personal Income verification (current paycheck stub, Schedule C, etc.)
- Financial aid (FAFSA) proof of application (not applicable to CDA assessment or applicants who have obtained a bachelor’s degree)
- Copy of prior college transcript (can be unofficial)
