The PAEYS (Performance And Education Yield Success) program is an education-based salary supplement program for in-home family support professionals. The program provides an annual award, issued quarterly, and is based on educational and performance benchmarks set by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services. Eligibility
- Applicants must work in a MIECHV or HOPES HFI funded position in Iowa for a minimum of 90 days.
- Applicants must have a minimum caseload of three families.
- Applicants must work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
- The applicant may be a supervisor that oversees staff that meet the above 3 criteria.
